confirmation for every load. The rate confirmation includes

Elite Freight reviews and then signs the confirmation
prior to it being sent to the carrier. Then the carrier
reviews, signs and sends it back (typically via fax or email)

As an alternative to this process, many brokers simply ask
the agent to scratch the order on a piece of paper. Imagine
